    89/100

June 21, 2019 - Made out of the younger vines from the famous Morstein vineyard. Nearly transparent in colour. Elegant nose with notes of unripe strawberry, crushed stones, herbal aromas and a bit of sea breeze. Very fresh but not lots of fruit. On the palate with a nice tension and length. Went very well with food. A Rose with aspiration. No easy drinking here.

June 8, 2019 - rose day: almost clear, light salmony pink color. Nose waxy, apricot with hint of honey. Palate, lean, tart orange, some red fruits; with warming, more of a waxy richness, but still an acidic/lean impression. A bit on the shrill end of the spectrum for a rose, would be good with rich/fatty food; not recommended as an aperitif on its own. 88 pts

June 8, 2019 - Given how much I like Keller, was excited to try this. Something was a bit out of balance on this (high acidity, bitter finish, one dimensional) and didn't give me the the great wine experience I've been accustomed to from the GGs. Assume this needs to lay down for a bit in order for things to integrate some?

May 31, 2019 - Keller Open 2019 (Weingut Keller, Flörsheim-Dalsheim): From a part of the Morstein from 25 years old grapes, very silky, the pure elegance, gentle long finish, a perfect high class summer wine, **-(***)
