  September 29, 2011 - Nose: vegetal, spice, not much fruit. Palate: not much going on here. A bit of spice and oak, no fruit. Probably too old/beyond drinking window. Bordering on undrinkable.

  August 5, 2010 - Corks: Air Conditioning (Rossford, OH): Pencil lead nose (on a NZ Pinot?!?). Smooth, ripe but not huge. Integrated oak, but lots of it. Slightly smoky. Very, very odd for a NZ Pinot, tasted more like a new world Merlot. But that said, I like it a lot.

  July 25, 2009 - Loads of berries to the nose, a spicy sharpness to the palate, tones of vanilla and hint of oak. Well balanced, full body - definitly not thin. Smooth going down and a lasting finish.
