May 18, 2019 - Impression of yellow plum on the nose accompanied by spices. On the palate it starts with a sweet touch and the said fruit. The mouth feel is rather silky. The balance benefits from fruity acids adding some yellow and green apple. A hint of spices (nutmeg, cinnamon like) completes the picture.
