June 9, 2023 - Excellent chenin, rich aroma of apricots apple and citrus with oak vanilla. Very linear with medium body and fresh acidity and long honeyed finish. Plenty of life left.

April 3, 2021 - This wine has chenin blanc character (peach, dry honey, roundness), but it is more acidic than most of the Loire chenin blancs I’ve tasted. That’s not necessarily a bad thing; this wine is squarely in the middle of the white wine acidity spectrum, I would say. Intensity and weight are pretty good, but everything tastes a little smudgy. I like the complexity from the lees. 89-90.
