Moderate clear yellow
A very powerful wine from the first sip
Lemon curd, limes and mineral with rich texture. Still young with great potential
Excellent with crab cakes, slaw and Katie’s esquite ( a Mexican street corn variation) -

July 23, 2022 - High toned, fresh with some primary lemon and apple notes. Linear, precise with mineral undertones. Needs time. Decent value, assuming a few more years in the cellar bring the fruit and acid into balance.

September 21, 2021 - Mostly primary fruit aromas. Lemon, matchstick and stone fruit. Round, waxy mouthfeel (malo?). Medium acidity and finish. Unmemorable, a harsh but accurate descriptor.
