February 14, 2023 - Very delicate and floral, with a firm backbone underneath. Mild secondary flavors. I enjoyed this quite a lot but wonder if it might have been better a few years ago.

September 11, 2020 - There is always that moment when it suddenly hits you that you are drinking a true wine legend that in years to come you may never come to truly appreciate how fortunate enough you were to try.
Served blind. Clear ruby with garnet hues. A delightful nose of perfume and barnyard with delicate red fruits of strawberries and raspberries. This was such a clean wine, in perfect harmony and with such elegance. This was absolutely typical and bang on what you would hope for in a Chambolle-Musigny of the highest calibre. Truly stunning.

May 25, 2018 - Served blind. Pretty, and precise, with total transparency, I immediately guessed Mugnier. The epitome of feminine, floral, soft, classic red Burgundy power without weight. This is the most Musigny like Amoureuses today, with astounding precision and delineation. Exceptional!
