February 9, 2021 - Short note - So2, very reductiv at this point, so a decant is necessary. Apples, citrus, Stonefruit. Medium sweet, very well balanced, high acidity, perfect Spatlese for early consumption, but can be kept for a very long time also. Slate, hint of tropical fruit, very smooth. Very elegant, seemless, a superb Spätlese, outstanding quality, 92p
