  July 26, 2022 - Not my thing. A natural wine (took me some time to figure out, as I bought the bottle two years ago and had long forgotten).
  Somewhat opaque and unclean on the eye. Quite yeasty and heavy on the palate. Lacks the lightness and freshness of Chardonnay.
  A solution in search of a problem. Not mine.

  July 21, 2021 - Random wines tasted during service (Oinoscent): Sampled at Oinoscent, bottle brought by importer
  
  The wine shows high intensity, heavily based on oak/lees treatment, toasty, flinty to the point of near reduction.
  In the palate, the wine shows high acidity and intensity, underripe citrus and lime. Its still very tight, austere, again toasty. The wine needs time to open up. Showing long finish

  The wine shows hazy color.
  In the nose its quite powerful, showing citrus, minerality, "low intervention" profile, earthy, grapefruit and lemon peel.
  In the palate, the wine shows strength, high acidity, fresh citrus fruit, again grapefruit and lemon peel, medium body and long finish.
  The wine still feels very young and definately needs food
