  December 9, 2023 - Agreed with other tasters: too young to tell what's going on here aroma-wise. That said, some green apple, some white flower in the nose. Feels slightly out of balance in the finish with green apple acidity fighting the subtle sweetness. Needs time.

  At the moment (08/2021) there is only a hint of the aromas and tastes this will develop in a few years time.

  February 25, 2020 - After work quick session at ESBK. Drank in Riedel stemless.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Thin legs.
  Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of sweet florals, flinty minerals, green apples, white peaches. Youthful.
  On the palate, medium dry, low alcohol (9.5%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of green apples, sweet glue, flinty minerality, floral spice. Medium finish.
  Very good quality. Expressive and balanced. Fair complexity. Certainly amongst one of top Kabinetts I have tasted so far. Still young.
