    November 20, 2021 - DarkCrimson color. Relatively muted nose, elements of iron, ash, hard red cherry. Palette leans very taught. Dark fruits, spices, tea leave, ash and some dry clay. Still quite young and tight however lacking aromatics and complexity. Very singular and rustic for a chambolle
