September 1, 2022 - Bright. Deep purple-opaque colour, medium bodied, lavender, strawberry, blueberry, black fruit, tobacco, cocoa, dried herbs. Dry, bright acidity, firm tannin, high alcohol, medium+ intensity. Flavours of sour cherry,decent finish.

June 2, 2021 - Grandes Pagos de Espana Tasting. 100% Monastrell (Mouvedre). Bright, vibrant red & black fruit, a little earth and elegant oak spice due to 15 mos. in French oak barrels. Dry, with med acidity, med tannin and high alcohol (14% but seems lower). Full-bodied, with med (+) flavor intensity and length. Great QPR.
