Monastrell en pequeñas dosis pero no esperes un vino musculoso ni un directo alcohólico. Todo suave y civilizado. Prácticamente domesticado y casi para todos los públicos. No es para mí porque prefiero la monastrell de Alicante pero se deja beber.
