October 5, 2018 - “Ruchotte” Dinner (Both Colors) (BlackSalt - Washington, DC): In great Ruchottes-Chambertin flight. Youngest of the flight, and easily the most backward. Black and red cherry with a compact middle and elegant textural finish with firm fruit and savory spice. Would have benefited from more air and/ or cellar time, as with all 2002 Roumier.
