  September 3, 2023 - Toujours aussi bon, lime, citron, un côté minéral en bouche comme au nez, frais, fin, belle texture en bouche, une certaine richesse et densité bien présente mais quel équilibre avec ce côté mineral et cette tension juste assez présente, belle longueur en plus.
  
  Still so good, love this producer. Nose has lemon and some lime, still with some wet rocks. Palate is gorgeous, fresh, elegant, texture is amazing, good acidity to balance the richness and density of this vintage, nice length too.

  November 7, 2021 - At East End Cellars. Fantastic. Needed time to warm up and open up - don’t serve too cold. Great balance - slightly higher acidity but more creaminess than other vintages.
