Community Tasting Notes 3

November 25, 2022 - A private tasting (Aventura Wines, Amsterdam, NL): Third time drinking this. Silky, elegant, serious but relaxed. A gentle personality.

June 20, 2022 - Organic viticulture. A blend of Merlot blanc, Sauvignon blanc, Sémillon, Muscadelle and Chasselas, direct press, fermented and aged in lightly toasted 300 litre French oak barrels for 12 months, undisclosed ABV, 2000 bottles produced. Refined and subtle, delicately tropical fruit, silky and floral, gentle bitters, lovely salinity on the finish. At restaurant Kikkie's van den Prinsensluis, Amsterdam, NL.
