  November 21, 2021 - Nice to have a Dehlinger Pinot that is so accessible at, or shortly after, release (unlike their SVD Pinots - not a critique, as those are fantastic, just an observation).
  Great on PnP. Smooth, easy drinker. Red fruit. Will hold for a few years. Excellent QPR.

  October 17, 2021 - A nice pairing with salmon burgers. Definitely much better today than the bottle we had a year ago. Fruity (blueberry, cranberry and plum), well balanced, medium-weight Pinot; very pleasing and not heavy.

  July 15, 2021 - Lightly chilled and then a splash decant. Soft nose of Turkish delight, dusty earth and fresh raspberries. Extremely fruity and juicy on the palate with great waves of red fruit washing through. Long, lively finish. Insanely perfect match with a sesame teriyaki salmon.

  January 30, 2021 - Started out simple but delicious, with a fruity core. As we drank it over a few hours, it became more balanced and sophisticated. Drinking well now but has some time left.

  October 18, 2020 - Savory notes initially that roll into blueberry and plum fruit flavors then a warm finish with baking spices. Note reflects 90 minute decant. Enjoyable but still young, I think this will be better in a year or two.
