January 29, 2024 - A hardcore natural wine that not even the most hipster somms would be able to love. Feels like partially fermented juice with tons of byproduct still in in. Which I guess it is. Some redeeming notes of freshly pressed red currant, mushrooms and wet autumn leaves are overwhelmed by the funk.

May 10, 2022 - Cru Wines Trade Tasting (Bentley Bar & Restaurant, Sydney): Funky, wood glue, black hued fruits, gamey. In the mouth it id sour, feels out of condition, FLAW for me.

March 28, 2021 - Holy Moly BYOB Dinner (Burlamacco Ristorante): Medium ruby, that’s somewhat cloudy, and some edge fading. Aromas of very ripe yet tart cherry, rose, and barley. Acids bright, but flavours dominated by nuts, barley and wheat, and some bit of cherry. Largely very funky flavours and a short finish
