October 9, 2022 - Drank after a 1 hour decant with half of the bottle, and it continued to improve. Vacuum stored in fridge, and was drinking well still on day 3. There still is life left but would recommend drinking up. Unlikely to improve. I thought the balance was pretty good. Not too complex, but enjoyable.

February 18, 2018 - Needs at least one hour of air. It's good and still youthful, but nothing special, could be more integrated. To buy only if you can find it for a low price.
