June 16, 2015 - Probably over the hill but still a pleasure to drink. I have one bottle left and I will drink it in three years in order to see the durability of Mongeards Savigny.

April 28, 2012 - Nice, fresh nose of strawberries and a lot of crispy flint. The flavor profile is light and sweet, with strawberry julius and cherry cola blended together...like something you would blend together from a 7-11 slurpee machine. The finish is nice and fresh with smooth cherry cola and pepper. This is a pretty darn good wine and really reminds me of saintsbury brown ranch pinot. Braaavo.

April 6, 2012 - Roasted cherry and cola aromas and flavors, impeccably balanced. Mild tannins and silky acidity bring it all together. The finish is a touch thin, but very enjoyable nonetheless.

December 10, 2011 - Over the last 5 years my wife and I have enjoyed more than 100 bottles of this vintage. In May 2011 we believed it was at its peak and we drank the last one.

By luck we bought 3 more botttles and we just drank one of them. The nose was very familiar to us with its cherries, but the wine had changed. It is no longer light but has matured into a great powerful wine still with an elegant lightness to it.

We will wait one or two years before we drink the next one. Our lesson is, that these relatively light wines have a longer life than we have expected.

April 3, 2011 - Third wind of the night. Delightful wild cherry aromas and flavors, lightly dusted with cola and spice notes.
