Juicy, fleshy, a little peppery prickle, touches of candy floss and red berries but still very savoury, though not bitter, a little alcohol warmth on the finish. Hmm.

July 25, 2020 - Nice crisp clean classic provancal rose. Light fruit - strawberry - on nose with some and mineral on palate. Hitting way above price.

April 7, 2020 - Strawberry fruit on the nose and crispness. The original from CHarles Belier's father. Apparently the concept of Bieler got started. Crisp on the palate like a cranberry or bitter small apple, but in a good way.
