November 28, 2021 - This is fun and enjoyable. Agree with what others have said about this wine. Certainly the fizz is very noticeable, and I would even say in the way. Maybe drink this when you want to have something good but different, rather than a more predictable experience.

For me, this bottle drank like a very nice hard apple cider (Drew's for example), but with some additional complexity on the nose and finish. It was incredibly refreshing and a perfect pairing for foodstuffs. Held up over three days, so not something to fall apart in the short-medium term. I am left wanting more. I'm not sure what the "correct" score might be for something like this, but it's incredible for the ratio for Enjoyment over price.

August 27, 2021 - This was a little fizzier than I expected (not that there's anything wrong with that), but it certainly made for a refreshing warm weather drinker.
Citrus, medium acidity... all good.
