March 9, 2024 - Very good stuff as always; lemon peel, grass, gooseberry, a bit of green apple and a touch of smoke. Good density, but also fresh and just generally tasty.

January 26, 2024 - No fruit. Will leave until tomorrow to see what happens. Wow, 24 hours later it is wonderful . Quite a complex Sauvignon Blanc and very moorish.

December 30, 2022 - Some tropical notes to the gooseberry and straw on both nose and palate. Med to med + acidity. Med. intensity of flavor, acidity sticking a bit out right now.

August 15, 2022 - This was delicious; the nose was ripe, but still sauv blanc; ripe citrus fruit, a hint of orchard fruits and blossom, fresh cut grass, mineral, and lemon peel. The palate is excellent, bright, but great depth that makes you stop and take notice on the first sip. The balance is lovely and it finishes in harmony. Excellent stuff that seems to have time ahead.

February 4, 2022 - A very nice Sancerre with a palate of straw, fresh cut grass, green apple and river rocks. Served with Chinese Food.
