July 25, 2023 - Drukket uten notater, men deilig nå. Safran og hariboaprikos. Herlig syre som trenger gjennom restsødmen.
Dag 3 på åpen flaske: holder seg supert. Føles først og fremst frisk på tross av betydelig restsødme og botrytis. Også en fin note av eplegele. Litt tung på duft, naturlig nok, men i munnen er det syra som dominerer sammen med frisk frukt av aprikos og drue. Deilig vin.1 person found this helpful Comment -

May 30, 2022 - Beautiful brown sugar on the nose (creme brulee in a way), baked apples, apricot, nice acidity, way too young, excellent nonetheless.
