March 17, 2022 - Dark red almost purple, with intriguing gamey notes, medium-bodied and chewy—the kind of wine I actually do try to chew through to better appreciate its texture and flavors. This got better with air, and it’s probably a little early to be drinking this—but we’ve already gone through almost all of the ‘17 Bouland Beaujolais wines we had!
