September 8, 2018 - Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind Spanish Wine (Chevalier Fine Wines - Chicago IL): An interesting wine that was most likely tasted at the wrong time in the afternoon tasting (too late). Figs, marcona almonds candied orange peel in an intriguing oxidative style. Comes across as so bone-dry that it almost hurt so late in the day. Very long finish with good depth.

February 9, 2017 - A private lunch (Restaurant El Celler de Can Roca ***, Girona, Spain): Dry and austere character, fresh, candied fruit, hint of nuttiness, intense but not an easy wine to understand. Completely different from the bottle tasted two years ago.

August 9, 2016 - At least the last Supper before Holidays? Maybe... (Restaurante Cuenllas - Madrid): Delicious wine with an acidity stale style and really admirable persistence in mouth.
It has elegance , seamless integration and a consistent aftertaste with flavors provided .
Unlimited complexity . Highly recommended .
