August 7, 2023 - Everything and Jeff Leve notes are spot on. Was in the mood for the more rich and floral style and this hits the mark. Well made.

June 20, 2022 - Not a big fan of CDP blanc as it can get a bit too big and boozy for my tastes, but this was a nice example of the style. Aromatically rather shut down (neutral), but very full-bodied with some good balance on acidity and alcohol. Maybe this needs more time to show what it has to offer? The meal called out for a big white with the mouthfeel of a red wine, and this did fit the bill perfectly. Rating: 90+

January 2, 2022 - J'avais déjà gouté cette cuvée à l'été 2020 mais elle était loin de son potentiel, le nez était fermé et une sensation de lourdeur et alcool chaleureux en bouche. Je peux maintenant dire que les quelques mois supplémentaires en bouteilles lui ont fait le plus grand bien.
Robe jaune citron d'intensité moyennement pâle -
Nez frais de fruit blanc, pêche blanche, Térébenthine léger.
La bouche est agréable, grasse sur les fruits blanc et l'anis, avec un légère salinité et amertume.
