July 9, 2023 - For the eyes: ruby red, shallow tons, very translucent, light brown halos, very viscous tears.
On the nose: herbaceous, with secondary notes of oak and tertiary notes of alcohol.
On the palate: very present tannins, medium-high acidity. Barely noticeable alcohol.

Aging potential confirmed by the marked presence of tannins and apparent residual alcohol.

The olfactory notes, without complexity of perception equal to the taste notes, indicate a wine without complexity, however, an elegant CS that brings a younger and herbaceous proposal. It’s a Pleasure!

Agrada!

    Nota: 91+/4.2+

February 8, 2023 - Prepáčte, ale hľadáš som v tom chile. A nič. Také nejaké európske víno bez charakteru. Terroir 0bodov. Žiadna osobnosť, ale pitné. Nič viac. Viac krát nekúpim.

December 5, 2022 - Retail $40. Big ass bottle. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. I had set up a mini-Chilean Cab tasting for my wife's niece/cousin/not-really-sure-since-I-am-not-Korean (but she calls me "uncle" if that helps) and this was the "featured" wine. Medium to dark in color with a ton going on in the glass: red and black fruit (a sweet almost over-ripe raspberry in particular), a bit of tar, sage, and forest floor. The palate is also juicy, but the fruit is more reserved, more in line with the earthy and herbal aspects. On the mid-palate a bit of mocha hops in and adds a bit of swagger. The finish is lengthy with just a hint of tannins at the very end. Nice.

September 8, 2022 - Wines of Chile Cabernet Sauvignon; Maipo v Cochagau: Translucent garnet color with appealing red currant, plum, violet, cigar box and a hint of bell pepper aromas. On the palate, it's medium-bodied with a wonderful mouthfeel very good acidity and supple tannins, with red currant, black cherry, plum vanilla, dark chocolate, and spice flavors nicely accented with savory notes and a very generous finish. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon planted at 2,300 feet. 14.5% abv| SRP - $45
