April 16, 2013 - Superb aromatics of rich apricot, dried white flowers and nougat. The palate kicks off with high acid, but the rich apricot and yellow apple fruit balances it out. Everything's slathered in luscious sweet honey. Notes of slate and dandelion linger long onto the finish. Opened this at Mandu for Deels' 40th and it was enjoyed by all.
