April 21, 2023 - Bienvenue a Champagne; 4/20/2023-4/29/2023 (Les Crayeres, various restaurants, Les Avises and a many wonderful producers): Love this producer and had never heard of this wine so we ended up trying that. I’d say it’s not quite the same as some others. A bit more moody of a champagne style. More oxidative and slightly intense. Good but I’m not sure that I’d pick this over the Robarts or some of the others.

April 2, 2023 - Discrete nose of bruised apples. Light and precise. Not a grand Champagne/vintage but well crafted, stays elegant and fresh.

August 12, 2022 - Served cold and flavors were very muted. Once wine got to room temperature, really opened up with flavors of apple, brioche, hint of lemon, with a medium finish.

November 24, 2021 - Tinted coppper color. Crispy apple cider nose. Palate is chalky with more Spanish cider notes, with a touch of brioche on the finish. Medium to full bodied with a hint ox. Very well made.
