Note is based on a tasting sip in the morning on day one, 5cl on the evening and 0,1l filled in a bottle and sealed with argon gas on the evening of day two.
Glass: Zalto Universal
Pirate. Clear, medium garnet color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose with lots of (artificial) cherry, some vanilla. Fine, airy and fruity.
Dry, with some noticeable residual sugar. 12,5%. Medium- acidity. Very fruity, lots of cherry notes. Juicy, round and uncomplicated to drink. Medium+ finish. Drink now or within the next 1-2+ years. 85-86
