I don't imagine much evolution and the wine is ready to drink now but it is bottled under DIAM 10 so will hold for five years easy.

April 17, 2022 - A bit austere after opening, but after half an hour very good, citrus and apple notes, high acidity and minerality, like a sea breeze. Best on day three, so I suppose many years left.

March 10, 2022 - Justin's let's try a lot of daily drinkers dinner (The Capital Grille Tysons, VA): Expressive linear white fruit, mint, beeswax and limestone. Cool and refreshing, medium concentration, medium acidity, medium mineral, and a medium long finish. This should go really well with a grilled fish or oysters. Really easy drinking and refreshing.
