December 6, 2011 - Surprisingly not as sweet as I had expected but no complains here as the balance was so perfect. Pure flavors of melons, white fruits and peaches on the palate. Fresh and energetic with plenty of zing. Quite understated too with a dry and precise finish which lead many of us to reach for glass after glass. A classic example of Alsace Riesling at its best. Bravo!
