    December 24, 2022 - PnD.

    Dark.

Raspberry cranberry dark cherry sage and sassafras with mineral notes. Takes time to open up very elegant.

September 24, 2022 - Spearhead Winery, Okanagan Pinot Noir Vertical and Horizontal; 9/23/2022-9/24/2022 (Calgary, Alberta): Medium + red. Fresh red fruit, cedar nose. On the mouth this is pure red fruit and is delightful. Crisp.
Next day the palate is cherry candy and has more weight.

June 23, 2022 - This was drinking well last night. Light cherry and earth on the nose. Medium bodied, delicate palate again with cherries and, a bit of oak notes and spice. Some tannins on the finish. Nicely balanced, nicely crafted, but young, and this will probably improve over the next few years (B+/A-).

August 11, 2021 - 2019 Coyote. Light red. Nose of orange, red berries. There is oak and red fruit. Nearly weightless.

2019 Saddle Block. A little darker. Darker fruit, cherry nose.some spice, better length. Impressive and refreshing.

2019 Golden Retreat. Lightest red colour. Dark red berry and cherry nose. This is weighty, sweet fruit, Light red flavours well concentrated. Lemony acidity.

2019 Cuvée. This is medium dark. Oak is a little more prominent (40% vs 25%) has the cherry and spice of the Saddleblock. Lovely balance and well flavored of cherry. Like the other PNs, the tannin is silky and integrated.
