A big wine...and that is ok. Allow it to breathe. Dried fruits, herbs, spice, and savory notes throughout. Glycerin (alcohol) shows at the middle and back. Best served at about 60 degrees and with food...to help keep the 16 abv at bay.3 people found this helpful Comment -

Fairly muted bouquet, but alcohol certainly makes its presence known. Delicious taste profile, if leaning quite modern. The wine wears its alcohol well enough...but 16 abv is...well...16 abv. Scary! Marbled meats help tame it.2 people found this helpful Comment -
