December 27, 2020 - Initially this shows a troublesome amount of VA but within an hour+, this really comes around to show some super elegance and grace, with fine, spicy, even opulent texture that is reminiscent to Musigny. Dark cherry, cinnamon, rose, with mint, mineral and cardamom. Spicy, fine texture with bits of soy, truffle, mushroom and cabinet spices in the mouth. The absence or less absence of VA would certainly merit a higher score! 92+
