  February 18, 2024 - This has super energy and verve. Red fruited with some spice and smoke, quite complex already. Sweet entry on the palate, with huge amounts of just ripe red fruit. Real zing from acid and also a very slight spritz initially, and a touch of drying tannin gives a more serious side.

  June 12, 2023 - Saline, sappy and intensely vibrant this tasted of bitter sour cherry. Despite the absence of tannins this was mouthwatering and moreish and so refreshing. In spite of the bitterness it all hung together very well.
  Surprisingly this even improved a little the following day when I finished the last glassful as it appeared to gain a little more weight and texture. CHP 89 pts

  March 5, 2023 - Light to medium red color. Fresh crushed red cherry bouquet and flavor. Light, elegant style with mild acidity in finish which adds a refreshing note. Medium length. Mature.
  This is a well made Cru Beaujolais and would be at its best served lightly chilled.
