August 22, 2023 - Alcooleux, cire d’abeille, fait penser à un hydromel, aucun fruit, aucune acidité, on dirait un sauternes mort. Décevant pour un Domaine des Tours, qui a si bonne réputation. Je ne l’aurais tout simplement pas mis en marché, ça affecte le brand négativement.

April 8, 2023 - Interesting and exotic, several blind tasters called this viogner for its apricot, yellow peach skin, lavender and acacia florals. To me, the alcohol was a bit showy even at cellar temp on the PnP. This felt a tad hollow on the midpalate, and could use a dose of acidity for freshness. Perhaps I should just drink white hermitage instead?
