Community Tasting Notes 2

October 13, 2022 - pnp, but needed about 30 mins in the glass (zalto burgundy) to open up
    darkish ruby color
on the nose very pure and raw. fresh notes of rasberry, red cherries, wild dark berries and hints of licorice.
on the palate the wine presents itself fresh and clean, almost with hints of carbon dioxide in it. acidity high, tannins medium, medium body, longlasting.
this wine for me resembles pureness and nature. the wine does not at all hide behind the vinification; no wood, no vanilla, no butter, just the wine and the pinot naked how they are. great stuff that markus put together here. this will only improve over time.

December 4, 2021 - Slightly reductive at first, fresh and pure red berry fruit but that’s pretty much it in terms of aromas. Fresh palate showing pretty much only fruit. A nice wine, but lacks character and complexity.
