September 4, 2021 - Retain the enthusiasm of my initial note for this wine, but popped one of these for friends and, casually drinking from short cups (which should be fine for enjoying this wine), couldn't get quite the thrills drinking the other bottle out of glasses. Nice citric and floral rose, but wanting a bit more of the sharpness of acid. Still good.

August 6, 2021 - A very, very good txakoli rose, priced to fly out of your store before you can stock up. Melon and citrus and saline aromas and flavors in a wine of beautifully balanced, full acidity and subtle effervescence. Lower alcohol and nothing bloated here at all - it’s slender and fresh. Long live the great casual wines of Spain!

July 17, 2021 - Super tasty rose’. Light color and alcohol. Slightly effervescent with notes of flowers, mineral and sugar. High QPR.
