January 7, 2023 - Tasted after a Wedding Duty Event (The Ritz Carlton Millenia, Singapore): Pale yellow, and starbright. Rich nose with vanilla and brioche aromas, as well as ripe apricots and mangos, as well as a coolish mint. Bright zingy acids, quite some weight and a sure sign of phenolic ripeness shown in the nearly sweetish apricots and pineapples, as well as brioche, vanilla and cinnamon. Lengthy. Pretty hunky dory, but really good balance. Nice!
