  February 13, 2024 - See-through strawberry color. Cherry and black spices. Gamey. Reduction (or call it sulfuric volcanic ash if you prefer). Big tannins.

  August 25, 2023 - Spicy, smoke, minerality and some perfume on the nose. Taste of red berries, sour cherries and minerality with silky tannins. High acidity and light+ body. The wine paired well with risotto.

  November 11, 2022 - Purchased the bottle at lunch at brought it home for dinner.
  On the lighter side of medium bodied. Aromatically intriguing, if a touch restrained. Shows blue and black fruits on the palate, a hefty dose of white pepper on top of the berries and a little herbal and stem tinge to finish. Tannins are lighter, well integrated and take a back seat to the juiciness provided by the acid and the fruit content.
  Really a fun, lighter Etna wine that is at home with food or as a leaner drink by itself.

  May 8, 2022 - Ruby red color. Aroma of spice, red and black fruit. Light body, minimal tannin, moderate acidity, light/moderate red fruit flavor. Easy drinking and versatile
