February 28, 2024 - Yellow straw color with golden reflections. Yellow and white fruits characterize a seductive nose with delicate notes of nutmeg and yellow flowers. On the palate, it has a substantial texture but maintains a good balance between freshness, fruit, and warmth, beautiful smoothness in the overall finish with aromas of acacia honey and yellow fruit.

November 12, 2023 - A magnificent Mas de Daumas Gassac vertical from the private cellars of Allard Jakobs (Restaurant Sinck, Amsterdam, NL): Single bottle. Floral, fresher and crisper than the 2022, similar residual sugar but for some reason it sticks out more, expressive and energetic, elegant weight, layered finish, good length.

September 12, 2023 - Similar to previous note. Such freshness alongside the lovely fruit.

December 2, 2022 - Stone and tropical fruit and some oak, which is well integrated. Acidity, alcohol and fruit intensity all well-balanced. Little tertiary development for now but the interest is there. Personally I love this wine in its youth - others may prefer to wait.
