February 22, 2019 - Very mature with flavors of old cherries and barnyard. It actually grew and improved in the glass showing such an elegant and ethereal texture with a slightly tangy and utterly complex finish. Such a beautiful red spice note at the end. So elegant and fine as it heads towards its death spiral...
