September 10, 2023 - What a surprise, this properly stored mature Chardonnay was lost in the cellar, but is still tasting great !!
Dry natural cork removed with the Durand without too much drama. Strikingly golden honey color with excellent clarity. Aromas of Lychee fruit, hazelnut, and toasted bread. Rich flavors of fuji apple, honeysuckle, and creamy Meyer lemon. This perfectly balanced Chardonnay displays a long mineral finish. Great fruit from Seasmoke Vineyards in the Santa Rita Hills and excellent winemaking by Greg Brewer.

January 4, 2019 - Terrible. Hot and nothing but oak. Used for cooking.

March 5, 2016 - Still quite vibrant with hints of age. Honeyed citrus, white stone fruits, and bruleed pastry.

August 16, 2013 - Smooth, but a little flat and muted.
