March 8, 2023 - Solera HoReCa sortimentsprovning (Operaterassen, Stockholm): (Disgorged in October 2021, base year 2017, 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Blanc, dosage 5 gr/L)
Nice maturing nose showing toasted bread, citrus and minerals in a very pleasant way. Nice yellow apples acidity on the intense palate with a butter note still hidden underneath the acidity and with a red grapefruit bitterness on the lengthy finish. Lots of minerals as well.
(Probably best with 2-6 years extra cellaring)
