Nice maturing nose showing toasted bread, citrus and minerals in a very pleasant way. Nice yellow apples acidity on the intense palate with a butter note still hidden underneath the acidity and with a red grapefruit bitterness on the lengthy finish. Lots of minerals as well.
(Probably best with 2-6 years extra cellaring)

Colourful nose showing tutti-frutti, lime citrus oil and spicy notes of ginger and pepper in a very pleasant way. Well balanced and colourful palate showing green apples acidity with a pleasant creamy mid before the intense and dry finish showing some gravel and minerals.

Fruitful nose showing red berries at first and opens up with baked bread, ginger and mandarin flowers in a very pleasant way. Smoothing red apples acidity on the youthful palate and with a pleasant red grapefruit bitterness takes over on the intense finish. Showing very well and should benefit from some extra cellaring.

Lovely red colour with a pleasant stream of fine bubbles rising in the glass showing red berries,
and a hint of burnt rubber that is still well integrate. Intense red berries on the palate with a citrus acidity coming up on the mid and leaving a cherry stone bitterness on the smoothing finish.

Lovely intense pink, almost light red, colour with a nose showing raspberry, minerals and a ginger and pepper touch as well in a pleasant way. Palate showing some cherry stone tannins and with a fruitful mid and finish in a very refreshing and pleasant way. Very balanced and shows a more vinous finish matching food perfectly.
