May 27, 2023 - Didn't take notes, but this is great. Give it about 30 minutes to flesh out.
Great notes of underripe peach, minerality, fresh herbs and a bite of white pepper. Creamy, fuller body and enough acidity to keep everything in balance. If I was taking proper notes, I probably would've scored this in the low 90s.

December 24, 2022 - Good. As others have noted, this is not your typical Sauv Blanc. Overall it had great viscosity, nice intensity, and was well balanced. Enjoyed the oak presence and easy, clean finish. Drinking well now, would buy again.

The ability to bring out as many the nuances of the varietals they work with that express the varietal and the vineyard. This is shown tasting the vineyard specific vs. the Happy Canyon blend vs other winemaker. -

February 11, 2022 - This is a delicious SB!
Lucious & thick, tending towards a Chard.
Loved the various fruit flavors of pear & apple.
On the palate same flavors matched as well as spices and it lasts!
Very balanced.
