January 6, 2024 - I never thought I would say this, but this wine is tart and bitter with a dry finish and I love it. Black cherry and judicious oak add balance and pleasure. I don't usually like Syrah mixed with Bordeaux blends but this has enough lift and dust to taste Italian. Delicious.

February 4, 2023 - Very nice blend of Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet with big bursts of fruit. Nose of black pepper and a hint of grassy meadow/forest floor. Palate is bold and intense with flavors of black cherry and cranberry. Tannins are strong enough to complete the overall balance.
