February 1, 2008 - Friday Night Flight (Cork): Smooth, very fruit-forward cab. Lighter tannins, but enough to keep the acidity under wraps. Big tastes of blueberry and raspberry, with just a touch of pepper.

October 26, 2007 - Major new world effort here boardering on fakeness. The color in the glass looked almost neon purple with no depth. Nice sweet aromas of raspberry, red currents, and creamy vanilla were very pleasing and would appeal to a large audience, however the palate was thin, very acidic, with absolutely no structure, and there was way too much residual sugar leaving too sweet of a finish. By the second glass the wine was giving me a head ache.
