April 24, 2023 - Medium yellow. Aromas of lemon, apple, pear, brioche. intense and creamy. Very dry with high acidity. For my taste unbalanced on acidic side.

April 23, 2023 - Bienvenue a Champagne; 4/20/2023-4/29/2023 (Les Crayeres, various restaurants, Les Avises and a many wonderful producers): 100% Pinot Meunier from 2016. 6 years of aging. 1.8 grams dosage and despite that my impression of this wine was almost a bit sweet (probably my mind translating the fruit that way). It was drinking fairly well but didn’t stand out as much as some of the others.

April 14, 2023 - 100% Pinot Munier. Slightly sweet baking spices on nose and palate. Good acidity and with apple, lemon and lime, mandarin orange. Quite interesting and nicely balanced.
